I made these last night and they were absolute perfection! I ended up buying a packaged cole slaw from Fresh Market bc I couldn’t find any suitable cabbage, worked out great. I have remaining raw pork mixture that I froze…. going to thaw in a wk or so and see how it goes. PS, they warmed up perfectly in microwave for my lunch.

Great flavors! I made a batch and swapped half the pork for finely minced shrimp & added white pepper to the seasoning. Filling did slide off the wrappers when flipping them, but eating them like a taco means that doesn’t
really matter.

you can try smashing the meat onto the wrapper before placing it in the pan, it might help. that being said, if the fat content is really high, it will most likely slide off the wrapper.

Great recipe! I figured it out but the cornstarch still shows as a teaspoon in the directions, not tablespoon. I did see the comment from someone previous about this but it appears it hasn’t changed.

Tastes very good. Not sure why my meat kinda just slides off the wrapper. Maybe my pork’s to fatty? Or maybe I need to smash them even thinner. Idk I like it tho
