I am a Food Blog is a recipe & travel blog written by husband and wife team Mike & Steph. Since 2010, we’ve won multiple awards including the first inaugural (and now defunct) Saveur Blog of the Year award, written two cookbooks (Easy Gourmet and That Noodle Life), and covered such diverse subjects as mini beef wellingtons, driving through iceland’s ring road, and making pho in a pressure cooker.

I just tried the NIKU JAGA (JAPANESE BEEF STEW IN THE CROCK POT) recipe in a pressure cooker and it was very tasty! The only thing about using four cups of dashi/broth was that it made the dish a little more soupy than what I’ve tried at restaurants! Anyways, I just discovered your blog and love it! If you can, could you make more dishes using a pressure cooker as it is faster to make after work??
