I had been craving some summer rolls (your pictures didn’t help-they are mouth watering!). I didn’t realize how easy they are to make. Thanks for sharing the recipe, including the sauces!

I m new to Asian cooking and have searched for summer rolls I could customize, since I’m allergic to cilantro, and don’t like mint. This is by far the best recipe, demonstration, and content I’ve yet to find and I wanted to Thank you 💖!!!!

hi, the crisp stick is usually a rolled up egg roll wrapper that’s been deep fried! you can make them at home by rolling up egg roll wrappers and shallow frying. you can use wonton skins too. i haven’t seen them sold commercially.
