Fantastic! I added just a squirt of lime over the finished salad. This is going to become a favorite. The toasted sesame seeds really add a wonderful balance

I prepared this salad for today’s breakfast. It’s super nutritious and fulfilling. Moreover, I had cucumbers from my mother who grow them each year in her yard. I think that the variety I used is called ‘Dalila’ but I am not sure. Next weekend my friend’s visiting me so I am going to prepare it for her. I’m sure she’ll be impressed as she’s a big avocado fan!
