I have made this recipe over and over again. My only diffference is that I have made it a meal by browning some chicken, then cubing the chicken and adding it to the tomato/olive oil mixture. Everyone loves it!

My kids don’t like tomato chunks. Would it be ok to blend it after it’s baked for smoother consistency?

Delish! I added rosemary & Italian seasoning to the oil, used chickpea pasta, and added spinach at the end with red pepper. Def will make this again!
